Damascus HVAC Services from AAA Heating & Cooling

We have used AAA heating for several years now, to service our furnace at the start of each winter season. This year, our service tech was Phalen. He did a great job of explaining what he would be doing, and at the end of his work, explaining what he found. I was glad to hear our unit is in good shape. Phalen gave us some information about what parts of the unit may need work after another year of service. Highly recommend.

Andrew came by today for a scheduled maintenance on our 2 year old HE gas furnace. He was prompt, polite and efficient. He cleaned, adjusted and checked everything, showed me the state of the filter, reattached the thermostat to the wall (drywall anchors were pulling out). He gave great recommendations for duct cleaning and what to look for when hiring, and recommended a new air purification system that works with the furnace (I have allergies). He also spotted a potential problem with our hot water heater and gave me a good quote. His attentiveness will probably save us a lot of money and aggravation ( I don’t want to wake up on a Sunday morning to 50 gallons of water soaking into the floor..). AAA installed the furnace and serviced it last year, but the Andrew’s service was outstanding. Thank you!

The 2 guys that came to our home were professional and kind. They explained the process of having our ducts cleaned. Before and after pictures showed how much the home we recently purchased needed the ducts cleaned. A few years ago, AAA heating and cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioner  at  previous home. They are a quality company and I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Shaun and Stephanie were very professional, friendly, and efficient and we are very happy with the product of clean air ducts.  They were patient and sweet with our two dogs who cause most of the duct debris!  We highly recommend them!
